Jon Lever FRICS has evaluated the amount of time it has taken to read around all of the topic content and also the suggested guidance notes, policy documents, professional statements, legislation, general topic information and websites to go and research.  Not forgetting the discussion and time it would take to reflect upon and research for information on the potential APC questions!  We would say a VERY conservative 60+ hours and believe it is actually more!  

 

Jon has outlined each topic and how much background reading there potentially is in addition to the recordings:

Please note when booking the Diamond package you ensure sufficient time to include for the coaching to be organised post-mock.  Normally the coaching is used for discussion around weak areas identified in the mock and question and answer practice.

Often candidates do not appreciate the amount of time it takes to prepare for the 

Final Assessment and the last six months lead in to the submission period and

then the Final Assessment is critical.  With this in mind, we can offer you the
