DeLever Limited is a worldwide provider of APC/ATC resources, training and software.

Our Managing Director, Jon Lever FRICS, is a RICS UK Final Assessment Assessor Trainer, a member of the RICS Regulatory Board and an RICS Training Advisor. Through these roles Jon is fully up to date with the APC/ATC process and has written numerous guidance notes for RICS APC Assessors as well as re-writing the presentations and notes used to train new assessors.

Jon believes that the keys to his success come from:

Being able to train from a position of experience, having taken the APC himself, been a supervisor, a counsellor, an assessor, a chairman of assessors and now training assessors.
His enthusiasm and dedication to making the APC/ATC a positive experience for candidates, supervisors and counsellors.
His inability to give anything less than 100% to any project that he undertakes.

Jon is the Managing Director of DeLever Limited.
Jon is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the construction industry.
Jon is a member of the RICS Regulatory Board.
Jon is a RICS UK Final Assessment Assessor Trainer. Jon is an RICS Training Advisor (RTA).
Jon is an APC Chairman of Assessors.
Jon Lever is the Vice Chairman of the Milton Keynes Constructing Excellence Best Practice Club (mk:50 club).

Awards

Jon was awarded Fellowship status of the RICS in September 2005.
Jon was awarded Fellowship status of the Institute of CPD in August 2005.
Jon was awarded the 2004 RICS 1913 Wilderness Club award for outstanding achievements as an RICS matrics international committee member.
